Albena Invest Holding JSCO (referred to as the Company) founded in 1996, is a public holding company. The majority of its subsidiaries and associate companies are focused on real estate and a few are focused on tourism, transport and machinery. The Company is domiciled in Bulgaria and listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The Company’s objective is to be able to offer our Shareholders an attractive income as well as the possibility for capital and income growth achieved by carefully selected investment and management strategies.

The Company’s stability is justified by the fact that the Company has remained profitable every single year since its inception.
